**Problem:** n8n API rejects saving workflow
- Error: "request/body must NOT have additional properties"
- Issue: Metadata fields in workflow JSON (shared, tags, versionId, etc.)
- Need to: Clean JSON before saving

### User Experience:
1. User pushes to Gitea: `"MVP Prompt: Create a full-stack todo app"`
2. Workflow detects this is initial prompt
3. OpenHands creates TODO.md with tasks
4. Loop executes each task:
   - Create files
   - Run tests
   - Commit changes
   - Move to next task
5. Result: Complete app built step-by-step
